Peruvian expert says that the Maya predicted the end of the world in 2012

EFE The Mayans did not predict in their texts and symbols that in 2012 will occur the end of the world, said today Peruvian Honduras Ricardo Gonzalez, a researcher of extraterrestrial life.

"At no time did the Maya left a warning for destruction of the planet because it is not

marked or in the codices or high-profile symbols in archaeological sites, "he told Efe Gonzalez of Mission Rahma, an association of believers in extraterrestrial life based in Peru, who visited Honduras to give lectures on this subject .

The Maya, who inhabited territories of Mexico, Guatemala, Belize, Honduras and El Salvador between the years 800 BC and 900 AD, "had astronomical ephemeris and large rings esoteric, mystical, some have interpreted as the end of our civilization" he said.

On December 21, 2012 will mean the end of a cycle, according to the ancient Mayan calendar, which has generated a swarm of theories, programs in the media, books, websites and films like the German director Roland Emmerich " 2012 "on the end of the world.

Gonzales stressed that "we must interpret all this as the end of a cycle, which began in 3113 BC and the beginning of another, which should be more positive, more hope for humanity, but not one end of the world. "

In his view, this apocalyptic interpretation of the end of the Mayan cycle "can distort (the mentality of the people), to educate, create trends, confuse or open minds, it all depends on how you approach the information."

He suggested therefore that "the people to question, analyze and navigate to the genuine sources of information and see all this with positivism and hope."

Gonzalez, who says he was contacted by beings from space, extraterrestrial life split with ominous theories about the end of a Mayan cycle and the natural disasters in recent years, which many are signs of what might happen in 2012 but that said, are actually caused by climate change.

"I do not think that the Maya are aliens," he said, insisting that the increase in natural disasters "has nothing to do with aliens, or with military weapons or secret projects, but" with the radiation of the sun. "

"What is affecting," he said, "is the radiation from the galaxy center and that is shown. There is a supermassive black hole and NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration United States) has been able to study."

"This energy or radiation (from the black hole) is coming to our Sun, which is affected, and this force travels back to the planet and also ends up affecting our world, its climate stability," explained the Peruvian researcher and author of several books on cosmic issues.

He added that has been scientifically proven that these radiation "are affecting the Earth's climate and is the most coherent explanation to the issue of the effect of greenhouse gases, global warming."

"There is also negotiated with the issue of greenhouse gases and global warming, there are many NGOs (Non Governmental Organizations) and scientists who are making money from this," said Gonzalez.

Maya noted that apparently it predicted that by 2012 there may be an alignment between Earth, the Sun and the black hole in the center of the galaxy.

"Here it is disturbing that this del Sol and the black hole of the galaxy interconnected in this change (cycle) would have prophesied the Maya 1,500 years ago," he said.

Invited by the Honduran section of the Mission Rahma, Gonzalez gave lectures on Thursday and Friday in Tegucigalpa, and will next week in San Sula (north), Santa Barbara (west) and La Ceiba (Caribbean).
