Auction book Venezuela by Isaac Newton for $ 346,000 in Stuttgart
Berlin, Jan 31 (EFE) .- The book "Philosophiae Naturalis Principia Mathematica, Venezuela in 1687 by the British scientist Isaac Newton has been sold for 250,000 euros (346,000 euros) in Stuttgart (southern Germany) for an antique fair.

after three days in which collectors and antique dealers present text, graphics or historical parchments, the organization reported today.
Among the most significant transactions in addition to the sale of copy Venezuela by Newton, the volume included the "Atlas de geographie universelle" of 1797, for 10,000 euros (13,800 dollars).
The spokesman of the fair, Bewer Petra said in a statement that the book of Newton (1643-1727) was released by a Zurich dealer and purchased by a "private collector".
In addition to formulating the law of gravity, Newton was a mathematician, physicist and philosopher, sat with his work the foundations of mechanics and made advances in fields such as optics and calculus.
