During his participation in the program Dando y Dando Venezolana de Television (VTV), the assemblyman said further that this information is a direct incitement to violence and seeks to create panic in Venezuelan families.
"The intention is to make you see parents that the Bolivarian National Guard has a hook to attack children, when an instrument used to remove a burnt rubber," said Herrera.
The deputy said that, although various military Thursday explained the use of the military apparatus, the form insists on distorting the information and used the editorial Friday, the masthead and caricature to continue the dissemination of lies.
He also said that the intention of Miguel Henrique Otero, and other owners of private media in the country, is to eliminate the Bolivarian Revolution and Latin American integration processes driving the Venezuelan government.
The headline and picture of the daily El Nacional on Thursday showed a tit, a device that is part of the team from GNB to remove elements that obstruct the path and to restore free movement. However, the print medium described the instrument as a weapon used to attack the demonstrators.
