, born of a geological cataclysm, is the most beautiful natural parks in the Caribbean, and is tightly controlled by the Venezuelan authorities. Virtually uninhabited, except the island of Gran Roque, where there is a fishing community of about 1,000 people. There are no real hotels, but small structures (some nice, cozy and comfortable) called "Guest". They have few rooms (the largest does not exceed 10-12) and are derived from the old fisherman's cottage renovated and located in Gran Roque.
For lovers of sailing in the best way to visit Los Roques
is to make a sailboat as it seems to be the fastest, just to get into the spirit of the archipelago. Since the boat can do everything that is allowed in this stunning archipelago and enjoy the nature that is no hurry. Los Roques
