Venezuela-The Bicentennial will focus on giving credit to the poor

As of yesterday, the Bank began operations Bicentennial, the new financial tool of the administration of President Hugo Chávez, which should focus on lending to the poor and to encourage housing construction and other sectors of the economy.

According to the rules, the assets of financial institutions must account for at least 8% of assets.
